Return Eligibility We want you to love your hair! We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the original ship date.

• Eligible items: Must be in original, unused condition (not worn, dyed, or altered).

• Non-eligible items: Items that have been worn, dyed, or damaged; hair care products that have been opened or used; items returned after 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind on style or color).

• Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent or item arrived damaged).

Gifts & Bonuses If you received a free gift with your order, it is yours to keep! You do not need to send it back if you return the main item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (usually processed within 2–3 business days), we will issue your refund. Timelines depend on your original payment method:

• PayPal: Refunds appear within 24 hours after processing.

• Stripe / Klarna: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

• Store Credit: You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit for your next purchase or visit.

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours provided it has not yet shipped.

• Note: Since the salon is closed Sundays and Mondays, if you wish to cancel an order placed over the weekend, please email us immediately so we can flag it before processing begins on Tuesday.
